We ship all in stock items within 1-5 business days (unless otherwise noted). Occasionally this can take longer due to higher demand or a rally (i.e. Sturgis, Lone Star, Laughlin, Daytona, Christmas).  If your order does not ship within this time-frame, we will make every attempt to contact you with an update.  If you have not heard from us, please contact us using the Contact Us page for an update.  (*Even during our busier times, we can typically accommodate special delivery times to coincide with a scheduled trip, event or for a birthday or holiday gift, just get in contact with us as soon as possible.)

If the item is not in stock, you will have an option of being added to the waiting list.  At which time we will contact you when the product is available.

Once your order ships from Steel Horse Audio, you will receive a shipment email with tracking info. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

We use UPS or US Postal Service (USPS) to ship all orders. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.


We are happy to ship anywhere in the world.  However, all international shipments will require a few extra days before shipping for fraud protection and additional verification.  Please Contact Us for more details.
