What are the measurements of this item and is it recommended for a 2019 Street Glide above the radio amp mount?
These have the perfect measurements for the PBR300X2 or PBR400X4D amplifier. It will mount perfectly above the radio under the fairing.

Where is this intended to be mounted?
It can mount to any location that is flat. The mount will attach to the bottom of the amp and raise it slightly (for heat dispersion) and then sticks to any flat surface with a 3M mount (typically inside a saddlebag).
