How long will it take to receive my order?

We are a local small business & have seen a large increase in orders as well as delays from port, chip shortages & supply chain issues. We are keeping up as best we can & most orders will ship in 2 weeks. However, parts can become backordered at any time, for any reason & cause an added delay to your order. Please contact us for the most up to date shipping information or check your Order Status page for the current status of your build process or order.

What is your shipping policy?

We are a small, local shop & custom build every system as ordered, by hand & check to make sure your system works perfectly before shipping. Most orders will ship within 2 weeks. However, due to unexpected delays from port, chip shortages and supply chain issues, please contact us for the most current ship times or check your Order Status page for current build or order status.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a separate shipment email with tracking once your order has shipped.

What if I need my order sooner?

Please keep in mind that our products are custom built, per order, in Colorado, so it can 2 weeks or more to ship. However, we can typically accommodate special delivery times (sooner than 2 weeks) to coincide with a trip, event, or for a birthday or holiday gift, just get in contact with us as soon as possible so we can make the adjustments.

Why is my tracking # not updating with delivery information?

We create a shipping label and generate a tracking # when orders are close to being shipped.  You will typically be able to track your order within 24-48 hours of receiving your tracking info. On occasion, it can take additional time for tracking to update due to unexpected weather or health issues.  If it has been more than 3 days, please contact us for an update.

How do I make changes to my order (address, shipping, etc)?

Visit your Customer Account page to make changes to your shipping address, update your order items, or to confirm your order details. 

**NEW customers should choose the Sign Up option and use the same email address that was used when placing their order.

My order shows 'delivered' but never arrived, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

FULL RETURN POLICY

 *We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee based on condition of return. Merchandise may be returned up to 60 days from the date of delivery. Returns must be processed through original seller. Returned merchandise for any other reason than warranty claims must be in like new condition or will be subject to a restocking fee, or refused and returned. All returns are subject to inspection for determination of full or partial credit. Any returned part that shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. All sales are final on discontinued or closeout merchandise.
